01 Provider, product and scope
1.1. Rastreador Inteligente is presented as a product of Scale4 Artificial Intelligence LLC, the US-based company identified above. These terms govern use of Rastreador by the account holder and their authorized users, according to the features actually contracted and made available.
1.2. The service organizes campaign, click, lead and conversion information and connects to messaging and advertising tools. Subscribing to Rastreador does not subscribe you to every Scale4 product, traffic management, an advertising agency or the third-party accounts required for integrations.
02 Reading, acceptance and versions
2.1. Before continuing with signup, read this document and expressly agree using the acceptance checkbox, which starts unchecked. If you disagree, do not continue and contact support. Opening the terms page, browsing the landing page or choosing a plan does not replace that action.
2.2. The version in the header identifies the text presented for review. On an actual subscription, acceptance must be associated with the account and applicable version. Contractual acceptance is not blanket consent for advertising, use of third-party data or artificial intelligence training.
03 Registration, authority and access
3.1. The holder must provide an accurate name and email, have legal capacity to contract and, when acting for a business, have authority to represent it. Accounts must not be created in someone else's name without permission. Contact details must remain current for operational and contractual notices.
3.2. Access depends on actual account creation and validation, service permissions and the subscribed plan. Information entered in a demonstration does not mean the account is active. Connecting a Scale4 identity system, when applicable, does not authorize access to other accounts or automatically change existing contracts.
04 Passwords, tokens and account security
4.1. Use a strong, unique password and restrict credentials to authorized people and systems. MCP tokens, internal API tokens and Meta or Google credentials serve different purposes. Do not place them in ads, public URLs, repositories, shared screenshots or prompts accessible to third parties.
4.2. If misuse is suspected, stop the affected integration, revoke or replace credentials using the available controls and contact support. Scale4 may request proof of ownership before changing access. Responsibilities depend on the incident's cause and each party's legal duties, without excluding the provider's mandatory liability.
05 Plans, features and availability
5.1. Regular monthly prices are US$ 9.99 for Essential, US$ 14.99 for Performance and US$ 19.99 for Partner with 3 accounts. Each additional Partner account has a regular monthly price of US$ 6.99. For new signups under this offer, coupon rastreador50 is applied automatically: after 3 days free, only the first paid month receives 50% off (US$ 4.99 for Essential, US$ 7.49 for Performance and US$ 9.99 for Partner with 3 accounts, using Stripe's rounding). From the second paid month, the regular price applies. The promotion does not change existing subscriptions. Essential covers tracking and Meta/API/MCP features; Performance adds Google Ads integration; Partner adds reselling and automations.
5.2. The accepted offer must state available features, limits and any add-ons. Features marked as demonstrations or pending are not already enabled. The presentation does not authorize charging for an unavailable feature as if delivered, or remove obligations under the actual accepted offer.
06 Free trial and service start
6.1. When an offer includes three free days, the period starts with the actual activation communicated to the holder, not with a landing-page visit or a local preview form. The offer must explain what can be tested, the end date and what happens after the trial. Any Partner-specific conditions must be stated in its proposal.
6.2. Accepting these terms does not register a card, start a payment or by itself authorize a recurring subscription. Any transition from trial to billing must be supported by clear information and the applicable payment authorization. Users may request guidance or cancellation through official channels before the next cycle.
07 Billing, currency and additional services
7.1. The Rastreador prices shown here are in US dollars (USD). Before a paid subscription, billing frequency, total due, payment method and applicable charges must be disclosed. Currency conversion and payment-provider fees may vary by issuer and should be considered by the subscriber.
7.2. Ad spend, WhatsApp fees, AI models, hosting and other external tools are not included merely because an integration exists. Add-ons and price changes require prior information and any necessary authorization. AI-token allowances and prices from other Scale4 products are not automatically incorporated into this subscription.
08 Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
8.1. The holder may request cancellation through the available controls or the support contacts in this document. They should receive confirmation and information about access termination and future renewals. Stopping ads, removing an app or not using the service does not necessarily constitute a subscription cancellation request.
8.2. Refunds follow the offer and applicable law. Where a consumer relationship is subject to Brazilian law and legal requirements are met, the withdrawal right under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code is preserved. The free trial is separate from that right; these terms do not waive mandatory rights or impose an absolute refund ban.
09 Links, landing pages and code verification
9.1. Users are responsible for correct URLs and destinations, installing code only on pages they manage or may modify, and publishing changes. Links must belong to the correct account. Capturing UTMs or click identifiers depends on their existence and arrival without removal by redirects, browsers or other tools.
9.2. Installation verification checks the public HTML at the supplied URL for the expected code. It does not access private areas or by itself prove JavaScript execution, browser-policy permission or conversion delivery. Code injected only by tag managers may not be detected. A positive check does not replace a functional campaign test.
10 Leads, events and campaign attribution
10.1. Send only events representing real, confirmed outcomes. Provide the correct event, date, phone, email, value, currency and source data where necessary and available. Do not invent purchases, qualifications, consent or campaign information. Contacts without verifiable origin must not receive fabricated attribution to complete a report.
10.2. Technical acceptance of an event by an ad platform does not guarantee campaign attribution, performance improvements or immediate display in its manager. Attribution windows, deduplication, user matching and reporting criteria belong to each platform. Avoid duplicate delivery across tools and review the history before repeating an operation.
11 Meta and WhatsApp integrations
11.1. To use Meta features, the responsible person must have legitimate access to the Pixel or dataset and credentials with sufficient permissions. Tokens may expire, be revoked or lose access. An MCP connection does not replace Meta configuration. Sending a campaign ID alone does not require Meta to attribute a conversion to that campaign.
11.2. WhatsApp connections depend on the channel and contracted features. Users must respect contact permissions, opt-out requests, content policies and provider requirements. Scale4 is not Meta and cannot grant immunity from restrictions; issues are handled according to their cause and applicable legal responsibilities, without promising ad or account approval.
12 Google Ads and external authorizations
12.1. When contracted, the Google integration requires valid authorization and selection of the correct account and conversion action. An onboarding category alone is not an existing account action. The holder may revoke authorization, and operation may depend on requirements and limits set by Google.
12.2. Data obtained through Google APIs must follow applicable policies, including Limited Use where required. There is no authorization to sell that data or use it for general-purpose AI training. Access and sharing must remain within permitted purposes for the authorized integration.
13 AI agents, MCP and automations
13.1. MCP allows a compatible agent to call authorized account tools. The person configuring the agent must restrict credentials and events to what is necessary and define clear triggers. AI should record outcomes actually confirmed by the conversation or source system, not infer a purchase merely from interest or an ambiguous reply.
13.2. Users must supervise prompts, workflows and outcomes and select AI providers compatible with their privacy obligations. Do not send entire conversations when specific fields suffice. Generating a token only grants its associated permissions: it does not prove agent connectivity, ad-platform activation, lead consent or success of future conversions.
13.3. Rastreador Inteligente plugin in ChatGPT — additional draft clause: connecting requires the account holder's OAuth authorization and restricts access to their own account and the permissions granted for queries, settings, integrations and conversions. Depending on the requested tool, account, campaign, click, lead and form data, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, responses and operation results, may be returned to ChatGPT/OpenAI; attribution parameters may include UTMs, click identifiers, IP addresses and device information. This data is used to fulfil the request, attribute conversions and support security and auditing; authorized operations may also send necessary data to Meta, Google, the WhatsApp provider or the selected webhook. Passwords and tokens must stay on authentication or configuration pages, without being pasted into chat or exposed in tool results. Critical actions require browser confirmation. The holder may stop access by disconnecting the plugin or revoking authorization through available controls; this does not erase data already recorded. Lead data, form responses and histories are retained for 3 months, including in the event of cancellation, subject to legal retention obligations. Access, correction or deletion requests may be sent to contato@scale4.app, subject to legal conditions and identity verification. Processing by ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's policies and data controls. Users must have authority to process lead data, review results and not provide health data, government identification documents, card data or authentication secrets through the plugin. Plugin authorization does not replace data subjects' rights or the legal bases required for each operation.
14 Partner and client services
14.1. Partner includes 3 accounts for US$ 19.99 per month, with a US$ 6.99 monthly charge per additional account. Specific limits, automations and reseller conditions must be disclosed at signup. White-label, custom-domain, sublicensing or brand-use rights require express authorization; they do not follow automatically from the Partner name.
14.2. Partners must be authorized to process data and manage each client's integrations, keeping accounts and credentials separate. Their contracts must describe the service, prices and responsibilities without promising nonexistent Rastreador capabilities. The partnership creates no employment, corporate relationship or general authority to assume obligations for Scale4.
15 Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
15.1. The service must not be used for ad fraud, artificial events, unauthorized account access, covert collection, spam, unlawful discrimination or rights violations. Do not bypass permissions, technical limits, consent or security mechanisms; do not send malware or attempt to disrupt other accounts.
15.2. Users are responsible for the legitimacy of supplied materials and instructions. Integrations must observe request limits and technical guidance. If abuse or risk is suspected, Scale4 may proportionately restrict the affected feature, investigate and request clarification while preserving challenge rights and legal obligations.
16 Data processed and purposes
16.1. Depending on the features used, Rastreador may process account and contact data, integration settings, click identifiers, UTMs, campaign source, device information, and lead and event records. Phone, name, email, value and currency may form part of a conversion when supplied and relevant. Available fields vary by integration.
16.2. Purposes include operating requested tracking, organizing history, forwarding authorized events, providing support, protecting the service and meeting applicable obligations. Unnecessary data must not be submitted. Health information, identity documents, full financial details and other sensitive information must not be put in URLs, campaign names or advertising parameters.
17 Privacy, roles and rights
17.1. The client generally determines lead-data purposes and instructs Rastreador's processing. Scale4 processes its own account, support and security data to manage the service. Actual roles and obligations depend on each operation and applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD where applicable; this acceptance does not transfer all responsibility to the client.
17.2. Requests for access, correction, deletion, sharing information, portability and withdrawal of consent may be sent to contato@scale4.app, subject to legal conditions and identity verification. For leads handled by a client, Scale4 may direct the request to the appropriate responsible party. Never send passwords or tokens as proof of identity.
18 Sharing and international transfers
18.1. Enabling an integration may require sending necessary fields to the chosen provider and service providers involved in operation. Users should understand who receives data before connecting agents, advertising or messaging. Integrations do not authorize unrestricted data sales or reuse for purposes incompatible with the requested service.
18.2. Scale4 is a US company and integrated providers may operate in other countries. International transfers must observe the mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law. Locations of all suppliers or servers must not be inferred from the company's address; support can be asked for clarification on a specific operation.
19 Cookies, preferences and tracking choices
19.1. Session features and preferences may use browser storage to enable access and remember language and theme. Identifiers used by client pages and ad platforms have different purposes. The page operator must disclose the technologies used and provide any controls or consent required for each purpose.
19.2. Accepting the terms does not automatically enable advertising cookies, authorize unrestricted remarketing or constitute consent from a client's leads. Do not bypass user refusals. Blockers and privacy settings may reduce available data and conversion matching.
20 Retention, export and deletion
20.1. Data should be retained for the period needed for disclosed purposes and applicable obligations. After service termination, justified retention of contractual, security or legal-defense records may be necessary. Unlimited lead storage or recovery of every removed item must not be assumed.
20.2. Before closing an account, request available export and deletion options and clarify the effects on links, history and integrations. Deletion confirmation should distinguish removed data from records retained under a valid obligation. These clauses do not create an automatic deletion deadline or assert that an export button currently exists for every data type.
21 Support, availability and maintenance
21.1. Onboarding support assists with setup and initial use through agreed channels and scope. It does not automatically include campaign creation, traffic management, custom development or running the client's customer service. Specific deadlines, on-call support or service levels require an express commitment.
21.2. Operation also depends on connectivity, browser support and integrated-service availability. Maintenance, API limits and failures can affect queries or delivery. Interruptions should be assessed and communicated where appropriate; absolute availability is not guaranteed, but this does not remove duties to correct provider-attributable faults or rights under the contract and law.
22 Intellectual property and confidentiality
22.1. Rastreador's software, visual identity and proprietary materials remain with their owners. Access permits use within the subscribed plan and purpose, without transferring code ownership. Clients retain their rights in their content and data; submitting them does not grant a general license to sell or publish them.
22.2. Nonpublic information received through the service must be protected and accessed only for legitimate purposes. Confidentiality does not prevent legal compliance, responses to competent authorities or lawful exercise of rights. Meta, Google, WhatsApp and other suppliers' marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement of Rastreador.
23 Responsibilities, suspension and remedies
23.1. No increase in sales, advertising return, identification of all leads or perfect attribution is promised. Those results depend on external factors and client configuration. Each party is responsible for its obligations and conduct under law; these terms do not exclude liability for its own faults or rights that cannot be waived by contract.
23.2. Material breach, overdue payment or security risk may justify proportionate access restrictions, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Urgent protection measures are not a blanket authorization to erase all data. Requests and disputes may be submitted to support without preventing access to competent authorities and legal remedies.
24 Changes, applicable law and contact
24.1. Material changes must be communicated accessibly, identifying the new version and requiring renewed acceptance where needed. An update must not impose retroactive charges, reduce mandatory rights or silently turn a future feature into a payment obligation. The specific proposal governs expressly agreed commercial points, subject to law.
24.2. The company's international nature does not remove mandatory rules applicable to the contract or data processing. Disputes go to the forum competent under applicable rules, preserving the consumer's forum where required by law. Contract questions, support requests and privacy matters can be sent to contato@scale4.app or the phone number in the header.
